The location plugin was installed as well on foro.moneda-libre.org, but the thing is, moderators have to enable it on each category of discourse forum they want to (I forgot to tell you when launching your forum, sorry …) :

In fact, we have to enable it for each subcategories if they are, so I took the liberty of activating it for all the Grupos Locales Ḡ1 sub-category in the Spanish forum.
@kapis so now, every user of your foro can add a location in there topics when they wants, as I explained here in french:
