Would trade (physical items) between the two cities be feasible? Or should there be a smaller step forward like penpalling and making an acquaintance?

I don’t really know where to start to expand Libre Currecy to the US honestly. I just found a group of people interested in alternative currencies in the Denver Aaea. I am organizing a visio on March 14st to Introduce the Libre Currency in the US to people interested.
